Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING ORDERS

Orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days of when the completed order is received and payment is processed, unless you are notified at the time order is placed or receive an email notice, that an item is on “delayed shipping” status.

Note: This does not apply to pre-orders or items that are marketed online as backordered.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

A complete and correct delivery address is essential. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. An additional fee may apply if an address change is made while the package is en route. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.

 

SHIPPING FEES

All Shipping is subjected to a shipping fee and included in the online price. The shipping fee DOES NOT include any imported tax/duties. All import tax/duties are to be borne by the customer.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

To offer you the best possible price and service we strive to work with reputable and reliable delivery agency to handle our deliveries. All orders require a signature for delivery as well as a valid daytime phone number where you can be reached.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

You will get an expected delivery date for each shipping option during checkout within the next 2 to 3 business days if order before 12 pm.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING

Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered between 2 to 3 business days after shipment.

 

REQUIRED SIGNATURES

A signature is required for deliveries. All M2Life’s shipments contain valuable products. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone who can act as your agent will be available to sign for your package. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. Please note that for deliveries that require a signature, if you are willing to assume the risks of delivering your order without a signature, you may authorise M2Life to arrange for a delivery that does not require anyone to be at the delivery address.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Occasionally packages are returned to M2Life as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to M2Life, please contact [email protected] to make arrangements for reshipment. Packages will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.

 

RETURN ASSISTANCE

To return an item, please email [email protected] Any return prior before mutual agreement between customer and M2Life, M2Life reserves all rights to keep the return items, ignoring customer any assumptions claims.

 

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price within 7 days of receiving the purchased items. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the matching payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, excluding shipping charges. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product, we will arrange for credit back into your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

 

CONDITIONS

Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, M2Life reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of up to 40%.

Please note that M2Life does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

  • Product that was purchased and exceed the 7 days returned window (prior to mutual agreement).
  • Product not in their original full packaging with supplied accessories.
  • Product that is custom configured to your specifications, including personalised products.

 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING REQUIREMENTS

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For exchanges, we will exchange only what the customer returns.
  • Faulty items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the equivalent model.
  • Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.

 

Note: M2Life recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to M2Life or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

 

NON-FUNCTIONING (NF) PRODUCT: FAILURE OUT OF THE BOX

A hardware product is considered NF if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, when you first use it after opening the box. If you believe that your product is NF, please email [email protected] within 3 calendar days of the invoice date. M2Life Support will determine whether the product is NF and offer you the following options:

  • Replacement at M2Life expense, will ship another of the same product.
  • Proceed to the local Service Centre for repair and exchange.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY TERMS

 

All products sold via moretolifesg.com carry the standard warranty offered by the local authorised distributers of the Brand Owners. As such, warranty coverage of products may differs between countries.

 

WARRANTY SERVICE

All after sales service will need to go back to the Service Centre of the local distributor, unless otherwise stated. moretolifesg.com will include the warranty coverage period and Service Centre details at the product page whenever applicable.

 

WHAT ISN’T COVERED

The warranty will not cover product failure because you broke it (any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment). It doesn’t cover incidental damages. Also, the warranty isn’t any good after you open any product that isn’t intended to be opened – please don’t try and fix anything yourself.

ORDERS

 

PRICES

Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable sales tax, handling and shipping charges. M2Life reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on moretolifesg.com at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on the website.

 

SHIPMENT DATE

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. M2Life does not begin payment or shipping processing until M2Life receives all of the information that it needs and full payment or a full authorisation, when needed, i.e. in case of credit card. M2Life will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays within the next 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays.

M2Life generally fulfill orders from Monday to Friday. Orders from the non-working days will be packed by M2Life and fulfilled on the following 2 business days. If you receive an email from us on a weekend or public holiday indicating that your order has shipped, please be aware that it will ship within the next 2 business day. Your order for in-stock items that are eligible for within 2 business days shipping must be received before 12:00 p.m., pending payment processing, for there to be adequate time for your order to be processed and dispatched.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

M2Life makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be occasions when M2Life confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products, either at all or in the quantities ordered. In those circumstances, M2Life will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, M2Life may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, M2Life will cancel your order for products M2Life cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result and will refund your purchase price for those products.

Given the popularity of some products, M2Life may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. M2Life will post limitations on quantity on the moretolifesg.com website or will inform you of product purchase limits at the time it processes your order. M2Life reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time.

 

ORDER LEAD TIMES

M2Life makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided by M2Life at checkout. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). Lead times quoted on the checkout page are for orders where all items are in stock or that can be partially shipped, meaning that items ship as soon as they are available.

Although M2Life makes every effort to ship your order according to the lead-time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply or other considerations. If the lead-time changes, M2Life will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

 

ONLINE SALES TO END USERS ONLY

M2Life online orders are for end-user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. M2Life reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if M2Life suspects you are purchasing for resale.

 

PROOF OF PURCHASE

M2Life will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.
